Folded flower headbands

The first head accessory is a headband clip. First you will need 2 pieces of fabric the same or two different types. I used a neon green fabric and a strip from a pair of my old jeans. Cut each strip about 2 and 1/2 in. by 9 or 10 inches depending on the flower on top or underneath (the bottom being bigger.) Next fold the fabric in half. Then sew both ends together using a needle and a thread. Then going through the middle of the circle loosely thread along the bottom. Once your done with that pull the string tight to make it sinched. Then tie off the thread. Repeat the same steps for the other strip.

Next glue along the inside of the bigger part with a hot glue gun and stick the smaller one inside until the rim sticks out and glues. Then I got one of those cheap plastic silver pearl necklaces and cut off 3 of the pearls to hot glue into the inside. Then I got an alligator clip openend it so that I didn't glue it shut and I glued the top to the flower. Next I cut a small square of navy blue tulle and glued it to the bottom. Then you can clip it onto the headband. I hope you enjoy this craft! :)
